2018 New entry

The IRIS band was founded in 1979 by four friends who started playing in dances. Gradually, they were earning money to buy equipment which allowed them to develop their unique style.

After several changes in the structure of the band, in 1994, emerges that would be its main formation, consisting of: Domingos Caetano on guitars and lead vocals, Chico Mesquita on voices and bass, Thierry Guerreiro on drums and Ray Van Duyvenbode on acoustic guitar and voices.

After several successes over the years, such as "OH Mae", "Atirató-mar" among others, in 2007, they become the first Portuguese rock band to stage a show with a
orchestra and to record a CD and DVD of the show. In 2015, the band releases the album IRIS "Ao Acaso".

At the end of 2016 they record live the concert "IRIS Baladas" on CD / DVD, which left in January 2018!
